"Our kids were constantly coughing due I believe to the chlorine in the pool, there didn't seem to be very good air circulation. We were very unhappy and should have complained when checking out."

"The web page and person we spoke to on the phone made the hotel seem very good with a pool, kiddie pool, putting green arcade etc. We found out shortly before our trip that the pool was shut down. On our arrival we found the kiddie pool at a temperature hotter than a hot tub, not suitable for children. I kept asking the manager on duty to turn OFF the heat to the pool for our children wanted to swim badly.They assured me they did numerous times, but the problem was not rectified until the next day, after our kids cried about not swimming all the previous day.I felt I let down my kids because I promised them they could swim.My husband went to use the putting green and couldn't because of the terrible condition of it.It was ripped up and a total eyesore.For the asking price of $85.00 US for a poolside room which ends up being over $110 canadian, I think not only does your hotel need renovations, but lower your prices so your customers like myself don't feel totally ripped off. Thank you for your time Tracie Apostle"
