"We had requested a non-smoking room but our reservation came through as a smoking room. The people at the front desk at Holiday Inn Express, Grand Forks, didn't panic. The hotel was fully booked and they didn't have a non-smoking regular room available so they upgraded us to a suite for the same price! This was customer service at its best. The free breakfast was the best quality and selection I have ever experienced. It's a fabulous hotel staffed by great people."
